Why not relax in the comfort of our newly refurbished guest lounge whether you want to simply sit back and watch TV, read a newspaper, play chess or enjoy a cup of tea or coffee brewed from our on site bean to cup machine.
Dining Room
To set you up for the day we can offer a supplementary Breakfast Hamper for an additional cost to your room rate per person, which is available every morning and can be delivered to your room or enjoyed in our on site dining room. We offer a selection of fruit juices, yoghurts, cereals, warm croissants with jams & spreads and either a Bacon or Sausage Bap , you can also help yourself to tea and filtered coffee during breakfast times. Breakfast is served between 8.30am to 9.30am Monday – Friday and 9.00am to 10.00am Saturday and Sunday, unless prior arrangements have been made.
If you prefer not to eat out in the many surrounding pubs or restaurants. There are many take-away’s in the local vicinity. we have a number of their take away menus available and we are happy for guests to use our dining room or garden. We will supply crockery and cutlery.
Bar
Our bar provides a comfortable area for our guests to relax and socialise with other guests and us if they wish.
We offer a selection of real ales from a local brewery, Bays Brewery. We also sell their Devon Rock craft lager and Windfall Cider, which is made from 100% West Country apples. You can also choose a glass or bottle of wine from our selection of wines from around the globe. All the usual spirits and soft drinks are also available.
You are more than welcome to enjoy your drinks on the deck in the garden!
We have a wide selection of games available including cards, Backgammon, Cribbage, Dominoes, Scrabble, Monopoly and Chess.
Bedrooms
Our accommodation can offer 9 en-suite bedrooms with a choice of rooms including single, budget doubles, standard doubles, superior double, superior double suite with separate living area and family suites sleeping up to five (2 adults & 3 children, minimum 8 year age restriction ) all on a room only basis with an optional supplementary hamper breakfast. All our rooms are centrally heated and equipped with tea & coffee making facilities, flat screen smart TV’s, mini-fridge, hair dryer, quality white bed linen & white fluffy towels, complimentary shampoo & shower gel in our new environmentally friendly refillable pumps and cool air fans for those summer nights. We also have a limited number of mobile air conditioning units we can offer guests.

Garden
Relax in the garden on our deck or in the secluded garden with its water feature.
We have our own secure private car park which can accommodate 6 cars or small vans on a first parked basis (not suitable for vehicles bigger than a SWB transit). There is also ample free on road parking outside the building.

We offer a selection of fruit juices, yogurts, cereals, fruit salads, toast, jams & spreads, selection of cold meats and cheeses, warm croissants and pain au chocolate . Breakfast is served between 8.30 to 9.30 weekdays and 9.00 to 10.00 weekends unless prior arrangements have been made.
If you prefer not to eat out we have a number of take away menus available and we are happy for guests to use our dining room or garden. We will supply crockery and cutlery and happily serve you with drinks from our bar!

For those that don’t have children with them we have a Superior super king, superior king, 2 standard doubles and 2 singles. All our rooms are centrally heated and have tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen smart TV, clock radio, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
